Phil has been a licensed real estate broker since 1975, setting his roots and business in Kansas and Missouri. His impressive experience and expertise have earned him many awards- most recently, the #1 Team at Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Kansas City Homes.
Phil is ranked in the top 25 of the Kansas City Business Journal of 7,400 agents in residential sales. He has upheld many positions on the Missouri and Kansas Association of Realtors, and is a member of the Multiple International Real Estate Group and the International Money Matter Investment group. He also sits on the board of Directors for US Bank. In his downtime, Phil’s interests are travel, golf, and yachting.
